Anniversary Story, continued:
So, after Cam had calmed me down, we zipped over to the restaurant with five minutes left to make reservations. Everything was DELICIOUS. Especially our app of crab wontons and my “birthday” mud pie (shown above). We had leftovers containing most of our dinner because there was sooo much food! That boy knows the key to my heart ;)
Towards the end of dinner Cam decided it was time to give me my anniversary present…let the record show that there was a cap on how much money we were supposed to spend on these presents and Cam went well above that cap.
I got Cam pants and a winter coat. HE got ME a very expensive camera for the anniversary/my birthday. One upper…
Just kidding! I love it! And, as you can see from above pictures (and the picture-heavy blog post to follow) I was more than ready to play with my new toy :)
After dinner we went back to his house, took pictures, watched a movie and decided to call it an early-ish night in order to have plenty of energy for the next day when we would be taking a road trip into the mountains for a day of picture-taking and relaxation.
